UXO DTS dredging Port in APAC regio

NjordIC has conducted a historical UXO Threat Assessment for a globally operating dredging company in support of dredging activities within a South Korean port. The investigation was initiated after unexploded ordnance (UXO) had been unexpectedly encountered during previous works.

Our research revealed the presence of a small disposal site within the port, located in close proximity to the planned dredging area. Based on these findings, NjordIC proposed targeted risk mitigation measures that enabled the works to be carried out safely and without disruption.

This project once again highlights NjordIC’s international expertise in identifying and managing UXO risks in complex maritime environments.
