Perry Kosterman

After nearly 16 years of dedicated service as a marine in the Royal Netherlands Navy, Perry transitioned into the commercial sector, gaining valuable experience with various diving companies.

In 2010, he combined his knowledge and passion by founding his own diving company, specializing in underwater explosive ordnance detection. Whether working on major rivers, offshore sites, or even small ponds, Perry consistently delivered expertise. His dedication and experience led him to successfully pass the Senior EOD Expert exam.

Since 2018, Perry has been a well-established presence in the offshore industry, working as a Senior EOD Expert, client representative, and advisor. In 2021, he embraced a new challenge by selling his diving company and continuing as a freelance Senior EOD Expert. As of October 1, 2024, Perry has taken on a full-time role as UXO Consultant at NjordIC and NjordIC USA, where he continues to apply his extensive knowledge and expertise.
