Historical Research

In the Historical Research-phase the focus is on collecting as much war-related data as possible to assess and analyse whether the Working Area is suspected and – if so, what type of UXO could be present.

NjordIC has excellent sources in the relevant Archives, i.e. The National Archives (London), Bundesarchiv-Militärarchiv (Freiburg), The National Archives (Washington) and many more local Archives and local Historian. All relevant data will be scrutinized and analyzed to answer abovementioned questions and to advise the Client on any follow-up action (if necessary).
